Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out the permitted and prohibited uses of B2B records and data supplied by Vytrix Data Private Limited. It applies to all customers and is incorporated into every order.

Permitted uses
Supplied records may be used for the following purposes:
- B2B sales prospecting and outbound outreach to named business contacts.
- Email marketing campaigns targeting named business contacts, subject to applicable marketing law in the recipient's jurisdiction.
- CRM enrichment — appending firmographic or contact fields to existing internal records.
- Account-based marketing (ABM) — building target account lists for advertising and outreach.
- Market research, market sizing and competitive intelligence for internal business purposes.
- Sales intelligence — compiling company and contact briefs for use by sales teams.
- Data cleansing — validating, deduplicating or standardising an existing internal database.
- Recruitment outreach to named business professionals, where the order is scoped for this purpose.
Prohibited uses
The following uses are expressly prohibited:
Using B2B records to market products or services to individuals in their personal capacity, or targeting non-business email addresses.
Selling, licensing, renting, sharing or otherwise distributing supplied records to any third party, including subsidiaries or affiliates not named in the order, without prior written consent.
Using supplied records to make credit, insurance or lending decisions about the individuals or companies concerned.
Using records to screen, vet or profile individuals for employment purposes beyond the scope of direct recruitment outreach.
Using records to flag or investigate individuals for suspected fraud, criminal activity, or security risk, except where Vytrix Data has been specifically engaged for this purpose.
Using records for political canvassing, religious outreach, charitable fundraising or campaigning activities not disclosed at the time of order.
Using records to build profiles that feed automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on the individuals concerned.
Using records as training data for machine-learning models, large language models or similar AI systems without express written agreement.
Using records in outreach that misrepresents the sender identity, uses false or misleading subject lines, or otherwise violates anti-spam or consumer protection law.
Your compliance obligations
By accepting a data order from Vytrix Data you confirm that:
- You have identified and documented a lawful basis for your intended use of the data.
- Your outreach will comply with the marketing and data protection laws applicable in the regions you are targeting.
- All emails sent using Vytrix-supplied contacts will include a clear, functional unsubscribe mechanism.
- You will maintain and honour a suppression list and communicate updates to Vytrix Data within 30 days.
Enforcement
Breach of this policy constitutes a material breach of contract and entitles Vytrix Data to immediately suspend supply, terminate the order, and seek recovery of any losses, including regulatory fines incurred as a direct result of the breach.
Vytrix Data reserves the right to audit customer use of supplied records where there is reasonable suspicion of a policy breach, subject to 48 hours' written notice.
